UFO RUSH / YOUR PRIVACY
Privacy policy.
The flight is the point. Your personal information isn’t.
Effective: 28 October 2026. This policy covers uforush.com and UFO Rush, including the code24 closed-testing build. Older builds may not include the online leaderboard or test-ad features described below. Developer and publisher: IOG Forge. Android application: com.iog.uforush.
1. Game saves, Play Games and test ads
UFO Rush is a single-player game. No developer account, email address, real name or Discord membership is required for ordinary offline play. The game has no in-game chat, in-app purchases or separate analytics/crash-reporting SDK. It does not request location, contacts, camera or microphone permissions.
The game keeps your best score, trophies, badges, daily challenge progress, Cosmetic Points and unlocked ships, saved flight and reward receipts, audio settings and tutorial preferences in private app storage on your device. We do not operate a separate game-account or save-storage server.
Optional Google Play Games leaderboards
Where available, Google Play Games handles sign-in and player profiles under your Google account settings. If signed in, the game sends eligible scores and leaderboard identifiers to Google, retrieves your ranking and displays Google's leaderboard interface. Your Play Games player identifier, profile name/avatar and submitted scores may be processed or visible to other players according to Google's profile and leaderboard controls. This is separate from your local saved flight. Offline play remains available if Play Games sign-in or online services are unavailable.
Manage your profile, visibility and game-data deletion in Google Play Games or your Google account. Google controls its service records and retention under its privacy policy. We do not receive your Google password or run our own player-profile database.
Google demo rewarded ads in code24
Code24 uses Google's public demo ad units to test optional rewarded videos. These are test ads, not production advertising or a revenue service. The Google Mobile Ads SDK connects to Google and may process your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), app/ad interactions, diagnostic and performance information, and device or app-set identifiers for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. An SDK can process technical data even when it shows test ads; this build is not described as collecting no data.
All ad requests in this testing build are configured for child-directed and under-age-of-consent treatment, with maximum ad content rating G, before SDK initialisation. The app removes the Android advertising-ID permission and does not enable personalised ad targeting or mediation. This does not mean that all technical SDK processing is disabled. Google states that its SDK encrypts transmitted data using TLS. See Google's SDK data disclosure and Google's privacy policy.
You can play without choosing a rewarded video. The SDK may initialise and preload a demo ad before you choose to watch one, so declining a video does not prevent every SDK connection. Rewards and once-per-flight eligibility are stored locally. Production ads, if introduced later, require a separate review and updated disclosures.
2. Device backup and deleting saves
Android backup is enabled in the current build. Depending on your device, settings and backup provider, Android may include app saves and preferences in a cloud backup or device transfer. That processing is handled by your device or backup provider under its own terms; it is not an IOG Forge game server.
Local saves remain until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. To delete them, use Android Settings → Apps → UFO Rush → Storage → Clear storage (wording varies by device). This removes your score, trophies, settings and saved flight. Uninstalling normally removes local app data, but backup copies may remain and may be restored when reinstalling. Manage or delete backups separately through your device or backup-provider settings. Starting a new flight does not erase your personal best.
3. Children and families
The game retains its mixed audience, including children. Code24 applies child-directed and under-age-of-consent treatment with a G-rated ad-content limit to every Google demo ad request; it does not enable personalised advertising. Ordinary play does not require a Google profile or Discord. Google Play Games features depend on the account's age, parental controls and service availability. Parents and guardians should review the Google service processing described above.
Parents and guardians can help children manage device backups, local saves and access to external services. Please do not send a child’s name, age, location, photographs or other identifying information in feedback. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete information we control, subject to any necessary legal retention.
External community participation is separate from the game and is not intended for users below Discord’s permitted age. A parent’s permission does not override a service’s minimum age or local law.
4. The optional Discord community
We offer a UFO Rush Discord community for eligible players and testers. Discord is optional and is never required to play the game, earn points, unlock trophies or keep your progress. The website does not embed Discord, sign you in or send game saves to it.
If you choose to visit or join, Discord processes information under its own privacy policy and terms. You must meet Discord’s minimum age—at least 13, or a higher age where required—and comply with applicable local social media, online safety and privacy laws. Do not use the community if you are not eligible. Eligible minors should involve a parent or guardian as required by Discord and local law.
Server administrators and moderators can see the profile, messages, attachments and feedback you make available in the server, and may use them to moderate the community, investigate reports and respond to game feedback. Other members can see content you post in accessible channels. Do not post sensitive information or private game/device logs. We do not connect Discord accounts to in-game records.
You can delete your messages or leave the server using Discord’s controls. For removal of content or moderation records controlled by our server team, contact us; Discord controls its own platform records, backups and retention. Necessary moderation or legal records may need to be retained to handle abuse or legal obligations. Copies made by other people may be outside our control.
5. This website and third-party links
This website does not use advertising, contact forms or embedded social widgets. Its artwork and fonts are served with the site. The email reveal controls run in your browser; your declarations are not stored or transmitted by us. Choosing an email link opens your own email application.
Following a link to IOG Forge, Discord or another service opens that service, which may process your IP address and other information under its own policy. We do not send a referring page address with external links. Their policies apply to the information they receive when you choose to use them.
Optional website analytics
Adults can choose to allow Google Analytics to help us understand website visits and how people find UFO Rush. It is off until you select “Allow analytics” and confirm you are an adult. Please leave it off if you are under 18. Declining does not affect any page, game or community feature. We do not collect your age or date of birth.
When enabled, Google receives website measurement information such as page visits, broad traffic sources, browser/device information and technical connection data. It uses first-party analytics cookies to distinguish visits. We do not send contact email addresses, support messages, game saves, a user account ID, URL query strings or fragments. We do not enable Google signals, advertising personalization or advertising storage through this site. This is website measurement only; no analytics SDK is added to the game.
Your choice is remembered in this browser for 180 days. Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to decline or withdraw at any time. Withdrawing stops future analytics and clears this site's Google Analytics cookies; information already received by Google is not automatically deleted. Google processes data under its privacy policy and may process it internationally. User/event-level retention is set to two months; aggregate reports may remain longer. Private browsing or clearing site storage resets your choice.
Website delivery and security
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. To serve requests, protect the site and provide operational traffic information, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses, request URLs and network or browser information. This processing is separate from the game’s local saves. Cloudflare may process data internationally and retains data according to its service and security requirements; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
We do not add visitor advertising trackers or send game progress to Cloudflare. Security cookies or challenges may be used by Cloudflare where necessary to protect the service. Hosting and security processing does not require a Discord account.
6. Support, privacy inquiries and your choices
For support or privacy inquiries, use with “UFO Rush” in the subject. Discord is not required to contact us. Parents and guardians may contact us on behalf of a child.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use it to answer your request, troubleshoot an issue or address a privacy or safety concern. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information. Limit screenshots to the game and remove private notifications or identifiers.
We keep support correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the inquiry and meet necessary security or legal obligations. Access is limited to people handling support or administration and the email providers processing the correspondence. You may request access, correction or deletion of information we control, or raise a privacy concern by email. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. Local device saves and third-party platform data must be managed using the controls described above.
7. Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its date if the game or website’s data practices change. Material changes will be explained before the affected feature is used. The final policy will be linked from the game and Google Play when the release is ready.
